Please take down all full albums linked on your site, public or private. You are committing fraud and copyright violations, which in the U.S. courts carries Federal Charges and fines costing a minimum or $250,000 for only one count. ANY Chambermusik product known to us to be up on the web, past OR present is punishable even under International Law pertaining to copyrights of intellectual property and sound masters. What you are doing doesn't "offend" us, it's actually illegal, and we have brought cases before against sellers of bootlegs on ebay.com, amazon.com, as well as 2 sites carrying illegal downloads. The way the law reads, is actually punishable "retroactively" which means, if our lawyers can prove you have had our content linked for free from your site within the past 3 years, not only are you summonable in court, but so are your moderators, members, and your web hosting company as well. They would be notified immediately of the illegal exploits their servers are being used for and depending on their terms of service, you may lose your account immediately as well. So, please if you say you are a true fan of the music, please respect all artists/labels rights to owning our music and for your fair ability to earn a living at what we do. This is our last polite request, after which we will take official action.
